Prices are fab poor packaging

Service is good Reliable Waiting to hear how they will process a damaged product and hopeful The reason for this post is to warn people that the current Dermalogica offer of 30 minute treatment voucher worth 50 is useless On contacting my nearest stockists ALL 3 of them said NO they will not accept the voucher It was free but question for Dermalogica why offer something that just does not exist

I have been a customer for many years

Prices are fab but packaging was awful My last order had over 100 of dermalogica products which were put a large envelope including a 100ml special cleansing gel - it was open when it arrived by post Thankfully only a sample was missing Use a bit of wit when it comes to packaging -in this case a box would have been more appropriate You would be 5 star if it wasn t for this

Love the products

I have been a customer for many years and this is the first time I have been disappointed The packaging was very poor The glass phial which was part of the offer was smashed into several pieces and because of the lack of packaging all round the box it had leaked and soaked the box The courier cannot be blamed because there was no packaging all round only at the top Added to which the tape was inadequate to keep the lid closed This was not up to your usual high standards for which I am accustomed If needed you can send me a link in order to supply you with proof I m sorry that I didn t receive my sample package

Unfortunately let down by EVRI delivery

Love the products which have been really beneficial for my aging long hair Would have given 5 but packing very poor and one of the bottles arrived half empty due to poor containers Box soggy product containers leaking Totally understand things get damaged via transit however i feel its the containers and packaging which are the problem This is the second time its happened now Hopefully you can resolve the problem

Great service let down by poor delivery

Unfortunately let down by EVRI delivery which lay in their depot for 4 days before dispatch On delivery parcel was crushed bashed about Box a mess Still waiting to see if contents damaged as it is a birthday gift awaiting to be opened

Delivery issue

As usual easy website to navigate and order on and product turned up safe and sound BUT I m afraid you re let down by using EVRI - my heart sank when I saw who would be delivering it They give very short notice of delivery slots then they fail to deliver and change the time in my experience several times I end up being very inconvenienced trying to accommodate their lack of predictability I m afraid I ve had it with them and won t be buying from companies that use them which I m disappointed about because I ve shopped with you for a long time

It s very shallow

I haven t yet received the product despite ordering it last Tuesday and I have no idea when or if it will be delivered This may be an Evri problem but it is not great Both Beauty Flash and Evri the delivery company contacted me and the product was delivered so this has been speedily and successfully resolved

I only ordered Paul Mitchell shampoo

I only ordered Paul Mitchell shampoo but a cleansing soap was added to my bill I did phone but everything had been processed so could not be cancelled I will certainly not be giving you any business in the future

Easy to order deliverd when stated

Easy to order deliverd when stated My only complaint was the delivery company Evri just dumped the parcel by a bin it could of been stolen Not good
