From booking my appointment to getting the certificate report I have no issues with the service received The assessor telephoned to say they were 20 minutes away arrived punctually and respected my home The lovely assessor explained what they needed to do answered all my questions and provided a text update within a few hours of leaving my property I would definitely recommend Vibrant Energy Matters to family and friends
