AVOID

Have spent over 640 on a new mattress and have had nothing No email confirmation no delivery date no response from phone calls no response from emails no response from WhatsApp chat service and no response from text messages I think they must have gone out of business so be very very careful Probably going to take months for my bank to get my money back

Waste of time and money

Spent 422 on a new bed for a new build I d just bought and thought this would have been a nice buy an upholstered sleigh bed after 15 years of cheap furniture in rentals The bed came with no instructions and was dumped on the street rather than brought at least to my apartments front door No help carrying upstairs The footboard didn t fit so we had to use a pair of pliers to break the slidey bit to make it fit together The headboard was made incorrectly and was impossible to affix to the divan base After some back and forth the inclusion of the fact that the drawers were also missing their handles and a crummy offer of a 40 refund not even 10 they agreed to replace the headboard with one that had been made properly However it was missing several buttons and they hadn t bothered sending me the replacement divan base that had the handles on it My husband agreed with me that instead of going back yet again to get this fixed because they ll probably screw it up again that we d leave shiddy feedback on Trustpilot and warn other potential customers Just buy a more expensive one and compromise that the higher cost is definitely worth it I still think what I spent was a considerable amount of money for a bed made by lazy people who don t quality check In the end I m still angry and peeved

AVOID Please avoid for your own sake bed came with missing pieces then when they finally delivered it the bed didn t fit together the brackets were put in the wrong place had to wait weeks before someone came out to correct this fault leaving me lying on the floor on the mattress and then they have the cheek to insult me with a 50 off the bed what a joke

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs Bed delivered and faulty Replacement parts sent out after 5 weeks chasing and still all faulty I now have a CCJ issues against them and am awaiting bailiffs to collect what we are owed

I purchased a bed for my girl

I purchased a bed for my girl I spent nearly 801 pounds The bed arrived The 2 guys who brought it wanted another 60 guid for assembly It was smelling weird when they put it together but I was busy with work and I could not check it I thought it was the packaging that was dirty and I did not want to make a fuss When I returned in the room where it was put together it was stinking really bad kind of like of urine only rotten and really pungent We started smelling around and the stink seems to come from the stuffing It spread across my house I had to keep the bedroom window open and I am worried the rest of the furniture will pick up the stench I asked this company to pick the bed up but they refused and said they were investigating It was beyond disappointing My little daughter expected a princess s bed and got a pile of stinking mess instead We dumped the bed in the garage where it is stinking and are waiting for the company to pick it up Horrible experience

Storage bed is terrible

Storage bed is terrible Since I got it the base has been falling off I am very big on DIY so I thought I could manage but whatever we do it doesn t work Eventually I gave up it is now sitting by my bedside collecting dust The storage is ridiculous because you have to lift one side at a time and once that s lifted there is no where to place the pole I just place it in one of the corners and hope it holds I really regret making this purchase but I guess it s one of those things Its been so depressing As I have no email correspondence with them and my number they used to contact me is out of use I couldn t even remember their details to complain Do not buy from this company unless you re ready to have a half assed constructed bed

Poor customer service

Had a problem with a bed they Offered to make a whole new bed and ship it which I declined and said I d accept bedding covers as a compensation as the bed was fixable so I thought I was being fair received the bedding covers which cost them 9 40 for kingsize I tried being fair but that s just insulting compared to the price of the bed Would recommend due to poor communication and this issue with the bedding P S ignore the fake reviews on here as you can see all the 5 reviews have been posted by trustpilot people with only 1 or 2 previous reviews and are Company workers

Frustrating start which was redeemed

Pre ordered the bed mattress 2 weeks before required it arrived at 7 30pm the day requested When I unpacked the following day there were no instructions and so asked for some to be sent however instead was sent a YouTube video of a different bed all together which only showed the gas lift fitting not the bed frame itself This was frustrating therefore i had 2 family members spend an hour each to put together the frame which was eventually done blind we then realised there were no nuts for the gas lift and so used some we already had further more the support bar wasn t clear as the screws were the wrong length At this point I contacted Bed Arena again asking for further advice and sent numerous photos The following day I chased up twice for an urgent update and at 5pm that day 2members of the team came to fit the wooden support bar with the correct screws They were apologetic and also helped lift the mattress onto the frame therefore even though not to best start the recovery was very good and redeemed the situation I am very pleased with the bed and mattress now in place

Happy with my new bed

Nice beds and very happy with my new bed Got a king size bed but only thing is that it didn t come with instructions and my footboard had missing brackets and been waiting for instruction for weeks now

I ordered my bed around 9 days ago although I would say the communication from bed area could of been better but I cannot fault my bed atall I absolutely love it Fast delivery great price amazing quality Would definitely recommend BedArena would order another bed from them
