NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY i placed and order for a bed delivered and i payed in cash the bed didnt fit foot board and head bord didnt connect called them and a week ot two later they replaced the faulty part- this AGAIN was the incorrect base- this happened twice i ended up with 5 divan bases and a bed that did fit together The guys there are rude and abbusive swearing at my partner on the phone DO NOT ORDER didnt sort my bed i eneded up paying 800 and getting a few trips to the tip they should not be trading- trading stamdards have been contacted

Ordered a king size bed which after waiting for a week for delivery the bed i ordered and the bed that got delivered were totally different and only to my shock the hinge on the headboard only had one screw in yes five screws missing I contacted Bed Arena for a partial refund for the mishap i found the person messaging me as very rude and wont be ordering again STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY GANG OF COWBOYS

Bed broke after a few weeks I have been chasing them for many months for replacement only to be told the beds can t handle excessive weight I weigh 8 stone How rude And it doesn t look anything like the picture We called in to the address listed as their shop Doesn t even exist I will be calling trading standards

Ordered a linen fabric bed Linen fabric doesn t have any pile in it and is a flat woven material This bed is certainly not that I have been missold then totally ignored I have been getting some advice from FIRA experts and they agree with me We will be sending this fabric off for testing I wouldn t reccomend this company to anybody Quick replies when they want your money They dont care after

Broke in four months

I paid 520 for a bed had it four months and the right hand side of the bed completely snapped on its own My baby woke up crying I messaged and called these lot many times but they had no interest in replacing it I was ignored and had to purchase another elsewhere Wish i had gone elsewhere now The poor customer service did put me off initially but like an idiot i still went ahead Kicking myself for it Yous dont expect that to happen when you pay over 500

I ordered a Frankfurt bed I received the bed without pattern on the sides and faulty They left it in front of the building No manual no instructions very poor communication poor quality Search for the RETURN policy I couldn t find any on their website They accept the faulty bed frame back on my cost I read the reviews from here before ordering it The good reviews are FAKE

i ordered a lovely sleigh bed from here but the ottoman doesn t work at all and the measurings to put the bed together are off i ve emailed and they are just ignoring shocking service
