WARNING If you have an issue this company are a disgrace and ignore you SCRATCHED CASE AND OWNER CHARLIE IGNORES YOU AFTER ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT HIM BY MOBILE AND EMAIL FOR THE PAST 10 DAYS HANG YOUR HEAD IN SHAME 1ST DELIVERY DIDNT HAPPEN 2ND DELIVERY WAS LATETHEN THE CASE SCENARIO I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO OTHERS AND WENT ELSEWERE AS THIS COMPANY RUINED MY 13 YEAR OLDS BIRTHDAY CAN U IMAGINE THE LOOK OF DISAPPOINTMENT ON MY SONS FACE WHEN HE SAW IT AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A JOKE OF A BUSINESS IF THIS IS HOW CUSTOMERS WITH ISSUES GET TREATED THERES LOADS OF OTHER TRUSTWORTHY COMPANIES THAT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS NOT THIS CIRCUS ACT AND I WILL MAKE THIS KNOW FURTHER AFIELD THAN HERE AND MAKE AS MANY PPL AWARE AS POSSIBLE PITY I HAD TO GIVE EVEN 1 STAR GLORIOUS FAILURE AWAITS

Unhappy as the hard drive was corrupt I asked for a replacement I was given a much smaller hard drive that what was originally in the pc not happy at all as no response why from the owner Bedrock pcs

Avoid these jokers

please use pc part picker to build your computers and don t use these guys you can pay individual people to build them the mark up on some of these is insaneEdit to the reply I ve looked at your website enough to know you re marking up a hell of a lot of money hoping the less tech savvy people use your company like I said use PC part picker to check the price of your builds is my advice for people

Order a gaming pc for my son and it has been nothing but problems with poor quality work sent back and it took weeks to be returned Now we are having more issues with the audio port and turns out it has never been fitted properly we are now using another company to repair it

Don t order an i7 You will get an i5 Scam company acting like they upgrade you by giving you an i5 Don t buy from there Also some parts included can only be found on AliExpress I get you re trying to make money but come on guys Look at the history of the reviews and you ll see that all i7 buyers ended up with an i5 I bought a pc for my GF in Scotland Super disappointed

Computer said came with i7 inside was an i5 Was running slow so I had someone look at it The nvidia 1060rtx was a fake Plus came with a bunch of issues with the pc itself It all arrived separately The pc was late then the 2 monitors were shipped I m never buying refurbished tech again

Extremely disappointed with delays in delivery and poor communication Firstly one item didn t turn up that I needed to chase I was then promised a delivery date which never materialised followed by emails complaining about no one turning up to pick up parcels Of note these excuses cited a date after which my item was supposed to be delivered Requested a refund due to delays and refused Never again

Undelivered goods

We ordered a gaming PC on 30th November with latest delivery date set for 15th December however the date came and went with nothing from either Bedrock or DPD Attempts to call were fruitless as one phone went always to engaged and the other stated no answering service I sent several texts and emails I received assurances that the PC would arrive within a couple of days but nothing arrived and yet again no contact Looks like no present for our disappointed 13 year old in time for Christmas Very disappointed
