Superb Customer Experience

Very clear communication throughout where there was delays very clearly discussed and forewarned PC is running a dream and very happy with what we paid for and the service that has been provided This is our first foray into PC Gaming and it s a bit of a minefield but these guys made everything simple and easy and I m sure that when it comes to upgraded bits and pieces in the coming months they ll be on hand to support provide the right service for us Would recommend Bedrock to anyone considering a PC

This company is amazing answered all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the build and still kept in touch after sales as I had a few queries they were happy to help Totally recommend this company for gaming pcs built to my specification

Excellent service communication was top rate - letting me know every step of the way there was an issue with supply of CPU so they let me know and upgraded no additional charge Delivery was super quick and responded to any questions I had My Son is super happy with the PC and so am I

Epic customer service

Epic customer service super personable and responsive when the website broke late at night someone was straight on it They don t make a big enough deal of their eco-friendly builds which I think they should talk about more The quality of the build was a bit naff with a missing screw and a stick of RAM not quite clipped in correctly so it wasn t being used at first but given how fussy I had been I can forgive these minor errors

Many thanks to Charlie and the crew we had exceptional help and no quibble upgrade options as discussed with your team Our order was processed timely and we were kept up to date if a delay was perceived which was very good The parcel was well packaged Charlie even shared information on how to set up and install programmes I look forward to completing this in the next day or 2 I would say delivery notification were lacking thankfully I used an address that someone could confirm receipt for peace of mind I would use this service again

Brilliant company

A professional and great team who helped us when we tried to set up the gaming PC as us technophobic parents didn t have a clue Our teen son had saved for it for 2 years and absolutely loves it Staff were lovely to deal with prompt delivery packaged really well and great communication all the way with a cute packet of Haribos thrown in much to sons delight Very impressed with Bedrock

Emailed the guys with the specs I was looking for and they custom built me a pc with added extras in a few days Perfect communication and even helped sort out the finance options available Best service ever and the PC is a beauty
