Gaming PC was sent out with asymmetrical RAM The computer was supposed to be 16GB RAM but came with 1x 8GB and 1x 4GB Showing that their build and QC process was not sufficient I have chased them up about this several times and 3 weeks later they have still failed to provide replacements despite on each occasion assuring me that they would own the issue and get it resolved They have either been incompetent or dishonest and I ve been very disappointed with the service I have received

Difficult to review a product that still hasn t arrived Charlie called to confirm part of order all very good Told build complete tracking parcel number given Put that in delivery company site but shows invalid Chased Bedrock said some issues with delivery should be 48 hours Day 4 now and still no active delivery number let alone any signs of computer Computer ordered on 7th May and yet by 19th still nothing Not seen any evidence of the promised customer service

AVOID AVOID AVOID Purchased a Vector Gaming PC - Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti 4GB - Intel i5 6500 i7 6700 - 16GB RAM - 1TB on the 20 11 24 with Free Shipping Next Business Day Before 12pm Est 3-4 Business Day Build Time after a week i recieved messages saying there is delays with stock etc another week goes by and still receiving same messages fast forwards to Mon 9th december i finally receive the PC only to open and find the most horrendous packing loads of old bubble wrap and used boxes i thought this doesn t look good - when removing PC i could hear things inside falling and banging about i thought this doesn t sound good either i opened side panel to see what i think is the SSD loose flying around and could hear loose screws - what care these guys gave when building this - i tried turn it on only to hear loud noise from fan - i just switched it off and now have to box it up to return - i looked at their return policy which does not have a return address i also by the looks of it have to return at my expense i have a feeling it is not going to be straight forwards - learn from my experience and avoid yourself some trouble

Very disappointed with the misleading pictures on the computers Pictures in cases they know would bring in people then in the small print tells you that if you want that case it s actually an extra 50 quid which needs bank transferring with no invoice which just come along with some abrupt emails asif you re stupid for not reading the small print rather than expecting to receive the item that is pictured next to the price in the display

Second review and may be the only way they will reply to me After the problems stated in the first review I finally got around to setting my pc up Turned it on and one fan did not work couldn t get it liken to my odyssey g9 screen and the on off button on the top did not always work well most of the time actually photos and videos taken now want to return and my money back please I have had enough you also badger me with emails to change my first review to give you a better rating

Exchanged components for lesser quality Different case to order Sent email saying we have replaced parts Hope this is OK parcel already sent so could not actually say no it s not OK Never got rang back when asked When complained said send it back and we ll put in the part you ordered So why change them Not a happy customer

Constant reminders to review something that I haven t received yet because it s been delayed due to lack of parts and volume of orders Even though the company are still advertising immediate delivery for some pc s Not a good experience so far On the verge of cancelling my order

This is my story I received my order into a big box full small boxes like now I need take they rubbish at local recycling center also the pc was wrong case and I opened the motherboard is not the same on the description should be an Asus actually is a cheap Chinese board The process too is wrong should be a Intel i7 actually is a I5 The contact me after this negative review and asking to take off from the owner Charlie Anyway be careful what you getting

The computer was advertised as having 6 in stock But then it took 8 days to come despite saying it would take 3-4 build days and then next day delivery The computer then arrived broke on my son s birthday After hours of trying to get through to someone I had a very short call with someone who clearly wanted to get off the phone Then the Bluetooth dongle was not sent I have contacted three times and still no Bluetooth Overall the whole process has been terrible and I have had a very upset son

Didn t get what I ordered no mouse was supposed to get 1tb ss drive instead got 2x normal hard drives that are not linked No optical drive Thers an old saying by cheep buy twice
