Awful quality and customer service The pearl fell off after first wear They completely refused to organise return and just stopped respond to messages

Very bad company
Would not recommend Bought a very expensive ring which broke a few days after purchase the skull came loose Was told by customer service to fix it myself or wait 6-8 weeks for a replacement I sent for replacement and 2 months later still no resolution from a frankly terrible customer service I have sent proof of postage etc etc but they refuse to acknowledge the ring ever made it to them have not offered a refund or even a replacement In summary I would recommend a local independent jeweller instead The customer service is shocking at best and a scam at worst

Great folks and customer service
I normally won t write reviews but with this company Belle Juri really went above and beyond for me My husband ordered a necklace from them as an anniversary gift and I wasn t crazy about the particular design he chose They were great in helping me replace that piece and I was able to pick out somethings I really wanted Great service I ll buy from them again for sure

My wife was not a fan of pearls but loves skull When she opened the coral-colored memento mor earrings she screamed with joy She put them on along with the antler necklace and were them all day Perfect addition to her birthday gifts Thank you

it s a gorgeous ring in person I ordered mine with the light orange skull and it s perfect The ring is bigger than I was expecting in a good way but still looks elegant I may still order it with a white skull

The pendant itself is wonderful The necklace has a bit too be worked on The necklace broke as my Lady was putting it on Not a big deal I m looking for a more sturdy chain This is the third purchase I have made from y all I am content This jewelry is super unique and she gets compliments all the time Great conversation pieces I would like just a few more truly masculine options for myself Thanks again Will continue to be a loyal client Have a great day Keep up the great art
