Attention to all beauty products consumer I am deeply troubled to report my recent experience with a certain website that purported to offer beauty products Despite the presence of positive reviews my encounter with this site has led me to believe it is operating as a fraudulent scam After making a purchase totaling nearly 600 I have yet to receive the products or any response to my numerous emails and messages The lack of communication following payment confirmation is alarming and despite my request for a refund no action has been taken by the company It has now been almost two weeks since my initial transaction and I have reached the conclusion that this website is not to be trusted In light of this I am taking steps to dispute the charges through my bank and notify relevant law enforcement authorities Given the size and significance of the beauty industry I feel compelled to warn fellow consumers about this deceptive company Please exercise caution and refrain from making purchases through this website It is imperative that we safeguard our community from falling victim to such scams Let us stand together to protect one another from fraudulent practices

Received wrong item the seller had told me that they d be sending me a replacement however they stopped responding to my whatsapp messages altogether Very shady business tactics I d caution all purchasers to choose another supplier before placing an order with them I ll be going through by bank to try and find a resolution
