I ordered 3 pairs of pants and wanted

I ordered 3 pairs of pants and wanted to send back 2 pairs but after reading the bad reviews about their customer service I decided to send only 1 pair back to avoid losing money on 2 pairs It s good that I did as I never received a refund for the pants I sent back I tried to connect with the company soooo many times calling email chat Facebook only once someone responded via chat they would check but they never got back to me I would buy from them again as the pants themselves are not bad but not with such service I honestly feel scammed and very dissapointed
