They charged me extra included a wrong and more expensive item into the invoice and ultimately my issue was not solved

I had knocking sounds in my radiator The plumber came he changed the valve and regulated the pressure filled in more water in the system Of note the plumber Kasper honestly did his best to solve the issue But the organization was too bad and spoiled everything So for a while the knocking sounds disappeared and for a while I was happy Then I received an invoice where the amount was abnormally high Firstly I was charged for 2 hours of work while in reality the job was done in 45 minutes max The extra time was lost because the plumber wasn t given a ladder he needed for work so we spent about 1 5 hours going around the common territory and asking everyone for a ladder Also he didn t have a handle to mount on the new valve so he had to drive to a shop to buy one another 1-1 5 hours wasted Then his manager Heino Fornitz told me that the guy actually spent 3 5 hours on me so they only charged me for 2 I m sorry but 3 hours out of 3 5 were WASTED because the plumber didn t have necessary things with him Secondly they charged me for a more expensive 1 inch valve however they actually mounted a 1 2 inch one The actually installed one was Danfoss ventil ra-g 15 1 2 And in the invoice it was Danfoss ventil ra-g 15 1 If you google it you can see that you can buy a 1 2 inch one for DKK 250 In the invoice it was DKK 708 Heino Fornitz started telling me fairy tales that the valve was correct They simply buy valves not in retail stores but in wholesale so prices were different Retail cheaper than wholesale Seriously Also he said that the price was higher because of some extra charge for guarantee Aha almost 3 times higher Also an ADDITIONAL guarantee charge of DKK 96 was already included in my invoice separately Cherry on the cake 3 weeks passed and the knocking sounds are back Problem not solved So the sounds stopped for a while not because of changing the valve Maybe because of changing pressure in the system I don t know But now this story has to continue
