Poor customer service spoils otherwise good medical service

Good doctors and clinics are very nice well appointed and staff are good but to contact them you have to go through one of the worst telephone experiences They have one number only for all services The least amount of time I have waited is 40 minutes and last I had to contact them 3 times to get someone to actually call me back to resolve a problem Very poor customer service

Fast first appointment but disappointing ending

Fast first appointment and friendly staff but a very disappointing ending Large Chalazion drainage painful clamping ending with exterior cut that resulted in a useless procedure as it was not drained properly with half of the volume still visible after healing I ended up going to another clinic 3 months later and with the expected result
