Not good they get you thur the door
Not good they get you thur the door give you a eye exam and than tell you it will be more In there great add they say 69 95 two pair of glasses they don t tell you they well look like coke bottles Yes they told me after can t be that bad there just trying to get to spend more WRONG they were over the top I felt like I just bought a new car COMPANIES need to tell the truth right from the start

Nightmare and worst customer servicesMy wife and I went to America s Best Contact Eyeglasses at 9225 SW Hall Blvd Tigard OR 97223 to have new prescription eyeglasses on our appointment at 3 pm on 12 6 2019We fill up the paperwork we did the necessary test and exam we choose the frames and everything went good until we reach home I received a phone call from the worker who handled our order Cheney telling me that our order been canceled once they know that Lines Club will not cover the price that they are looking for and we have to pay few hundreds of dollars the difference in the price or choose another eyeglasses cheaper quality and cheaper price I asked the worker to take the issue to her manager she refused saying that she is a member of the management and when I request from her to escalate the issue to her manager then she hangs up the phone on me I called back and spoke to her manager but the manager once she knows that we are low income and Lines Club will pay for our eyeglasses she discriminates us forcing us to pay hundreds of dollars for the price difference or get the cheap quality that did not meet our requirement We are looking for any simple cheap rimless eyeglasses but they make them not available for low-income people coming through Lines Club The manager invited me to go back to the store so she can work with me and explain the issue Immediately I went back to the store to find out that the manager just left She invited me to the store but she lies and once she knows I am on my way she left the store just to give me a more hard time that s because I am low income and some nonprofit organizations will pay for our eyeglasses At the store I spoke with the female worker that hangs up on me but she threatens me to kick me out of the store if I will keep talking And ether I chose another cheap eyeglass or leave the store When they need the new business from Lines Club they offer variety of a large number of eyeglasses to let customers choose from but after they got that business they will take advantage of the customers who come from Lines Club and limited their choices buy few numbers of eyeglasses and they discriminate the low-income people knowing that they can t pay for eyeglasses I had my worst experience with their customer service This was a nightmare and horrible management ever I tried I hope the top management will investigate this issue and make the right decision about firing the responsible for this issue

rushed by the technician
rushed by the technician Contact class she told me we had an hour but she kept making faces and trying to get her friends attention at the desk Ultimately i got frustrated and she told me to just practice at home Also my wife picked up her frames yesterday and they did not fit correctly my wife let the same girl know and the girl got frustrated because she had to fix the frames That is part of their job Anyway never again I am supposed to go back for a follow up but already looking for another optometrist

This place is awful
I am so mad I went here 2 weeks ago but it was too early for my insurance but I did asked the girl if I get both contact and glasses exam would my insurance cover it she said yes so today I went in for my appointment of course I waited an hour before being seen but anyway when I checked in I once again asked if my insurance covered both and she said yes imagine my surprise when I m charged 55 because it doesn t cover both charging me for their mistake is wrong needless to say I left with no glasses and will never use nor recommend them ever again and will let all the review sites know exactly how it is there Also my exam took all of 5 minutes they just rush people in and out

Worst experience buying glasses ever
So let me begin by saying my initial appointment was more than three weeks ago I did not receive my glasses until yesterday I was never notified once that my glasses were ready I was told that they arrived at the store on the 18th yesterday was the 30th I went to the store due to nobody contacting me It took them a really long time to find my glasses I was on my lunch break and was unable to eat due to the poor customer service Two weeks ago we went to pick up my wife s glasses as we were contacted that they were ready We had no problem with her glasses When we went to pick up her glasses I was told my readers were ready I had ordered two pair First they were not the frames I picked Second they had my distance prescription I told them they were the wrong frames and they just kept insisting they were the right ones I know what I picked So I was told they had to be reordered to get the correct lenses Again this is more than two weeks ago Back to yesterday When I arrived at the store and asked why nobody had contacted me I was lied to I was told that messages and text messages were left on my phone There are no messages or texts on my phone When they finally found my glasses my readers were still the wrong frames I also paid for the blue lens coating My wife s readers have this coating Neither of my readers have it So not only was given the wrong frames I paid for something I didn t receive They did not adjust any of the four pair to fit me they just handed them to me and said good day I was so frustrated I just took my glasses and left I don t even want to go back to the store to get the coating on my lenses that I paid for due to not wanting to deal with the people there and I don t want to wait another three weeks to get them I am 49 years old and have been wearing glasses since I was 5 This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had buying glasses This was the first and last time I will ever step foot in Americas Best again I will also make sure that everyone I know that wears glasses hears about my experience with Americas Best Especially paying for something I did not receive
