I have had an issue with a pair of Wellington boots that have leaked Called and spoke to Amy in customer services who has sorted my problem out in a most proffesional and superb manner First class service

Hard to fault

After some early confusion which was sorted VERY promptly via email the shirts arrived the next day To the Channel Islands They even knocked off the UK VAT for non UK residents The quality was more than adequate for the job and the price competitive First class

Doing what it says on the tinVery happy with my experience the items arrived when promised I raised an issue with one item before it had shipped and they responded promptly And they used a carrier who told me on email the hour range in which my stuff would arrive and it did Great choice overall

Excellent Customer Service and Product

Was very surprised indeed to see a number of negative reviews when I came to write this review of my own But I notice that the negative reviews are nearly all very old so I guess things have improved vastly in the last couple of years I can only say that now they fully deserve their excellent status I found exactly the pair of trousers I wanted same as a pair I have virtually lived in for the last few years No size info was available on the website so I sent a message Olivia came back almost immediately and told me they were discontinued but they had just 2 pairs left in the warehouse One pair was my size I couldn t phone the premium number why do companies use premium numbers that some phones can t use but Olivia phoned me back immediately when I explained I paid over the phone in the afternoon and the trousers arrived super fast the very next morning Amazing And they re perfect Can t fault the customer service or the product

Great supplier of work wear

After searching the internet for a local company who supplies and designs work wear I came across BWW and emailed them initially for quotes and advice I received an email back quickly and Olivia was really helpful with samples and requests I can honestly say BWW couldn t do more even when I wanted things changed at the 11th hour We now have our new work wear and they look fantastic I would highly recommend BWW to others and will use again

EXCELLENT customer service We placed an initial order for company workwear Very good prices Excellent customer service Olivia gave me a rang to discuss our logo Then we had been waiting a long time for the order so I chase it up and found that we had made an error on delivery address No problems - all was sorted and we had the order with us Really pleased with the vibrancy of our logo we will be ordering more items in the future
