Horrible customer service and a pain to get my money

Initially I was impressed with this site but my latest experience has been horrible A cashed out 2000 and they sent me a bank draft First DHL lost the package not their fault obviously but I was able to recover it Pretty exciting right I took the check to Wells Fargo and they refused to accept it saying it looked fraudulent I contacted their customer support and requested that they simply put a stop payment on the useless piece of paper almost a week ago and credit my account As everyone knows it takes one minute to put a stop payment on a check To date nothing has happened and when I contact support it is always a different person and I am told they are working on it When I ask to speak to accounting they say they can t When I ask to speak with a supervisor that person is always busy I had previously recommended them to a number of people but obviously my thoughts have changed I m not sure how long this process will take but will update my review for the duration I m sure they will charge additional fees even though it is their check that wasn t accepted

Not bad but there are better and safer options

Overall not bad but beware They are not licensed by Gaming Curacao despite several gaming review sites stating they are They post the GC logo on their page but if you click on the logo it verifies that they do not have a license There is no regulatory oversight protecting you your bets or your account balance Very non-intuitive and non-optimal interface for sports betting Limited ability to see older bets and keep them accountable which is problematic because there is no recourse if they rip you off In that vein i recommend being polite and cordial in your interactions Do not take a bonus if you want to ever get your money out The rollover bonus system all but guarantees you will gamble away your winnings before you are able to take a withdrawal When I had questions about this customer service was extraordinarily rude On a positive note I finished the season ahead and they paid out However at no point did I have any trust that they would and I was relieved when they did

BETNOW eu This is my 2nd review of the betting

This is my 2nd review of the betting site BETNOW eu I will start with Friday November 25th On 2 different occasions on Friday I had to chat to request lines be put up on a particular game And they did so Thank you Saturday the 26th of November NCAAF rivalry weekend On this day I waited for the Oregon vs Oregon St game start and waited for the line to come up As usual the game was displayed but no line came up So I waited and waited Finally half way through the first quarter I contacted BETNOW eu via chat and asked them to please put a line up Almost end of 1st quarter and still no line So now I called customer support and asked again if they would please put up a line Finally about half an hour later the line was put up Very irritating I live in Oregon and had been waiting to wager on that game That was nothing compared to what happened around 4 30 p m APPARENTLY THEIR SERVER WENT DOWN I have called twice now and been told the same thing we are having a problem and it should be back up shortly At least the first time I called in the gentleman said he could take my wagers over the phone Only problem with that is how am I suppose to know what the lines are 3 hours and still can t login So much for being able to wager on any game anytime 24 7

Trying to get a payout the easiest way possible

Won a nice little parlay last week for around 1800 Requested a 1200 payout via direct deposit maximum payout on website says 2000 on Monday and by Wednesday the money was in my account All good and great Hit another parlay this past weekend for 1000 and thought I would request another payout of 600 Was told I had reached the MONTHLY maximum I contacted customer service and was told it was a HOUSE RULE I was like where is that stated I would have withdrawn the maximum had I known Stefan the rude rep couldn t provide me with a set of rules online He only stated it was related to the number of processors I was like well you can accept multiple deposits yet can only handle a single withdrawal He told me I would use other methods When I asked where the maximum number of transactions by method were published he said they weren t When I asked for him to speak to a supervisor since it is a HOUSE RULE he refused I have never had a problem getting my money before and have used the site for a few years with a lot of success
