The improvements of making loyal customers feel important is a huge step in the right direction for the Betonline company overall The new program set up will keep me and others continuing to use this as their go to bet site One main improvement I think you could make pertaining to loyal customers would be to lower the rollover for anything that has your 60 times 50 time rollover rate I don t think it would be unreasonable and hurtful to your overall profit margin to make it 10 times or even 0 It is near impossible to ever achieve anything with more than a 10 times rollover rate in the casino or sportsbook I wont ever use the incentives you give when depositing money when there is a match of any amount either with a credit card or crytpo When that is used it actually hurts the customer more than it helps I have many suggestions and please continue to ask and I will always respond with a suggestion and if you ask more I will offer more improvements to take into consideration I will note as I think of them if you continue to ask for my help how to improve your company

I ve used another online site for over 20 years which I still use but I wanted to try your site out because it offered Poker Your site has many games tourneys and I enjoy playing the PKO tournaments that are a lot of fun One negative I do have about your site occurred when I tried to place a 6 team parlay with 5 favorites and with one dog and your site refused the action and I only wagered 15 00 I placed the bet on my usual site and the action was accepted Because of this I will use your site for primarily Poker only Another issue I hope you change is allowing a minimum bet of 50 on trifecta action Because your minimum is 1 00 I use my regular online site for trifecta box action which minimizes my risk Overall I enjoy using your site but the two comments above are specific instances that were frustrating about your website Thanks Winston Rambaud
