Great site Very poor machines

I ve always been betonline their bitcoin deposits are quick the bitcoin payoffs are real quick The customer service is excellent Problem with them is there equipment or machines are not the best I ve had black hands freeze up and I had to turn off my phone and turn it back on to get to that hand and I always lose without ever seeing the cards to the dealer I ve had circumstances were didn t show my cards or the dealers cards and I still lost the hand after it froze up my biggest problem lately and I m in the VIP diamond club I thought it would help with my complaint was fire blackjack had 160 in my account played 20 machine All of a sudden my account went down to 29 where the one spin on the slot machine immediately called customer service he saw that there was 137 deduction forwarded to people are checking into that and they of course didn t see anything Can t figure that out how a customer agent sees it and two days later they don t see italso got a sarcastic letter from somebody in customer service and I quote you are playing a game of chance and it s very random and my point is I understand that but when I m gambling and winning I don t expect to lose money without placing a bet The same didn t happen after I called it in I lost another 30 without placing a bet on slots They told me they have all equipment that doesn t check the latest transactions so they have no way of seeing the mistake I don t mind losing but I don t like losing this way

To be honest I don t believe your site is run honestly I feel that the cards delt are not even close to being fair I ve seen times i play 50 or 60 hands or more and never see a hand thats really playable And it shows in the hands I m delt most never even hit anything playable on the flop So fairness is something i would say its not
