If I could give 0 stars I would DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT I ordered their antifreeze car snow removal device What they sent me was a ridiculous aromatherapy device The website clearly stated it removed ice an snow from a vehicle I made the mistake of not opening the package when it arrived because it was a Christmas present so I had it over the 14 day refund policy Biggest rip off ever Device and box it arrived in looked like the one on their website but it definitely was not SO UPSET AS I PAID 26 FOR S STUPID CAR FRESHNER NOT A SNOW REMOVAL DEVICE AS ADVERTISED COMPLETE FRAUD

Ordered bottle opener system well before Christmas did not arrive and after Christmas received a small corkscrew worth about 3 No response to my emails this company should be struck off as they are a total fraud Lost all my money Buyers beware

Complete scam I only clicked on one star because I couldn t write a review if I didn t It deserves 10 negative stars Pinterest should be held responsible for using this site as an advertiser I informed them of the scam but they keep using Beumoon

No stars if possible Ordered a floor lamp received a 4 inch usb piece of plastic that lights up Emailed them numerous times over 3 months Eventually they said they would refund me but strangely enough never got the refund Was then told they changed ownership so I ll never see it Robbed me basically Total scam DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING

Just like everyone else here I was given the wrong item with no no help from anyone or any type of customer service this is terrible that this company is getting away with scamming people everyday with no consequence Please avoid them

Beumoon absolute rubbish companyBought a product which came damaged The same day I emailed them about it only to be told a load of rubbish from there customer services and they wanted me to video the opening of the package which I already obviously opened What a joke this company is 0 STAR FROM ME

Never received my refund after nearly 12 months SCAM company sent delivery company emails also and they are stating that refund should come from Beumoon and then Beumoon apply to the delivery company Had enough I know it s not a lot of funds but if they take so much from everyone then it s worth them still defrauding people Got legal involved now and they are looking at sueing BEUMOON DON T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
