Beyond advertise that it only takes 15 mins to write a Will 24 hrs since starting of which at least half of those have been spent trying to write my Will and I still cannot verify my ID Q A and phone are no help at all to my problems as they do not answer Looks like I will have to abandon using Beyond and start somewhere else with a company that is more helpful and reliable

A terrible experience which was a big disappointment as I have support the Lullaby Trust formally The Foundation for the Study for Infant Deaths ever since my son Peter died from a cot death over 40 yrs ago They were the charity that recommended Beyond when needing to make a new will Trying to write my wishes was difficult enough eg I wanted to leave my property divided equally 3 ways but could not do 33 33 for all 3 equally but 2 had to have 33 and 1 34 to make the equal 100 Various other issues arose as I progressed The final straw was when I was asked for a photograph of myself to verify my identity my camera does not work on my laptop I eventually got it done through my phone but that was rejected At that point after about 5 hrs I rang the number given left a message but no reply of any sort after many hours I gave up and deleted everything After this experience I think I had a lucky escape I would not trust them with anything especially an important and private document such as my Will

It is impossible to get hold of anyone For some reason my ID can t be verified I ve had my account for over a year now and has signed up to unlimited amendments for 20 annually The money has been taken from my account for the subscription but I can t speak with anyone I sent my will to beyond for safe keeping one of the options and tried emailing and calling to check they received it and nothing no reply Don t waste your time with this company

No-one ever sent the Will despite saying 3-5 days Not sure if this was genuine now

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYThis company is awful I have paid for my will and unfortunately forgot my password and asked for a reset 3 weeks later I still have not had it and cannot print the will off I have requested this about 20 times I have left dozens of messages which no one has replied to I have also tried messaging I think this could be a scam I have looked this company on Companies house and it looks like it has gone into liquidation Do not pay for you will on this as I have just lost my money I also did a will for a friend and sent it to BL to store it came back to me 3 times as gone away How can a company have 3 dummy addresses if it is not bogus

Appalling customer service They take your money quick enough but that where they stop They made an error if I try to change online it just reverts back to the original I ve contacted by email chat bot and phone they don t reply Complete waste of time and money

Appears impossible to speak to anyone on the phone called numerous occasions and left message and nobody calls back si definitely won t be usuing these people

I completed the online form signed up to the annual 10 a year fee however my will has not been checked or sent back to me despite several attempts to contact them by phone sent many emails with no response I have even tried the online contact centre but no reply back even when they say they will contact you within an hour 14 days later and still no reply

useless --no will received and calls not answered

I am still waiting for you to review my will after 5 working days Thankfully you haven t got my money yet I will contact other providers because you are not trustworthy
