I loved the recipes Ingredients should be repeated for the week for ease and not wasting

I loved the recipes But it would be easier if ingredients were repeated within a week For example I bought a container of guacamole that I only used 2 tbsp out of for one snack And batch cooking chicken would be easier than making it for every other meal It made it hard to follow when I was making something brand new everyday It doesn t need to be meal prep style where it s the same food for an entire week But just repeating ingredients would make it easier to follow and also eliminate wasting food

I love the book

I love the book I love the variety of meals and feel like I could continue this meal plan well after the 28 days I love the free ebooks they have sent but they are not printer friendly I would love if they sent a print friendly version as well My only negative is the workout section I wish it would have provided an actual workout plan The options the quiz asked didn t include a lot so I chose walking but I don t want to do that everyday I m fortunate to have a home gym at my house but I don t know what to do so a little guidance for my age would have been much appreciated Other than that 100 happy down 10 pounds in 14 days

I was excited to have the book and it breaks it down brilliantly the only fault I have is they have a lot of food I do not eat or have never tried so I did try some new things but that was my hardest issue It is good to have has a guide and very clear on its portions and love the excerise part that is really helpful

For some reason the app is not working

For some reason the app is not working properly and I m not able to see my workouts plan anymore I didn t start any workout I have contacted customer service they responded quickly but still have not solved the issue Meal plans are great there is a lot of options and I love it

The book worked great and help me lose some weight The only thing is my book didn t get printed right so I ended up getting the updated version as a PDF

There were some problems with the printed book and I just got a refund immediately when I asked for it The content f the book itself is quite interesting it s individual in the case of meat no meat or the amount of for regarding your weight Also the amount of time one wants to spend in the kitchen I think it is very helpful to implement healthy habits into your lifestyle

Good program and good customer service

I got this program as I find having a menu plan and meals to follow much easier Really enjoyed the meals and it was easy to use good variety and easy cook That was until they change the app to only having cups and measurements previously you could choose grams or ozs even changing the settings didn t make a difference However I did contact them about it and how frustrating it was not to have the choice They weren t able to resolve the issues so offered partial or full refund I was about half way through my subscription As I knew I wouldn t use it as the update frustrated me I opted for full refund which I received promptly I found customer service was excellent whenever I contact them I would use again if they ever allow receipe weights to be grams or ozs again

My overall experience with beyondbody me has been almost good I used some of their prdoucts but dont recally the details I was mostly saisfied with their service althoigh somethings werent as advertiesd I would deifinitely consider dem in future since they provide good value for money There weren t any major specials but the level of servise was reasonable I like that they are quite commiyted to customer satifaction but at times I have found it diffcult to get help whn I needed it Overal I d reccomend them

Midway and down 5 pounds

I am mid way my journey and have had frustrations The changes in meal from day to day encompasses a lot of food Wish there was a way of maybe having a meal one night and being able to use some of the items for lunch the next day The meals vary from day to day My plan gave me gluten free items and I sm not on a gluten free diet Good news is hubby joined in with meals so I doubled dishes

You got to do the hardwork this just offer food with out having to think hard to create new habits

I lost between 16-19pounds my first 28 days I have used only the app and it s nice to be able to change the meals and the filter helps to find recipes I usally only eat three meals as sometimes do not have time for snacks Or I am full The draw back is I would like to input when i have something not from the plan and some meals feel like they were made from an Ai and don t taste good together I usually use my own seasoning as following as directed can lead to a lack of flavor and while the workout function is under development I have no area to put in workouts i have done
