I highly recommend this book
I just received my book here in NB Canada and I must say I absolutely love it I purchased the hard copy book and not the other add ons It s just nice having something hard copy again and so far I m learning so much about healthy recipes and different pairings of food It does take a little while to come in the mail but so worth it Day Five here and I m already feeling better

Fantastic Book
This is a fantastic program extremely easy to follow The meals are simple and incredibly tasty I have lost 8 pounds in the last three weeks and I didn t have to workout like a nut I choose to walk everyday with my dog a minimum of 5 miles and I also do 35 minutes of yoga a day that s it I realized doing the program that I had two things to correct 1 I wasn t drinking enough water before I started2 My portion size was way off I gave myself the most useful gift when I began a food scale It s a must if you want to succeed My weight goal according to the information I supplied should be reached by the end of January 2023 I am extremely excited never been more motivated

Easy to stay consistant
I am 34 years old and this is the first time in a LONG time I have actually been able to lose weight This plan does not focus on what CAN T be done it is just an easy to follow guide to making all around better choices and for me it worked I have felt so great my sleep and skin have improved too This first month flew by and I am so excited to continue on this journey

I ve seen significant results
So I decided to make a lifestyle change I woke up one day and was DONE with the way I looked I wasn t happy I wasn t healthy I had been seeing Beyond Body on TikTok and it really peaked my interest Much to my surprise it TRULY DOES WORK Especially when you follow it to a T I never imagined it would change my way of thinking the way it has I feel better look better I m eating better to include foods I never imagined myself eating The app is different compared to the book yes but everything has pros and cons Is the app perfect No but what app ever is Yes there are bugs and flaws but Beyond Body is very in tune with their customers and are working tirelessly to help improve and fix flaws in the app It may not seem like it to some but technology and be tricky and I m sure those employees behind the scenes are just as frustrated with the bugs But I m okay with a few bugs if I continue to get the results I m getting

Beyond Body Flexibility and Good Food
This is a great product If you like recipes with lots of ingredients the app does that If you like simple recipes like me the PDF and optional paper book does that Customer service is fast too I had a question on Christmas Eve night and they wrote me back on Christmas I love the fact that you can tailor spices to your liking Also the recipes are created as single servings so I don t waste food The measures are for raw meats and dried pasta which takes a lot of the guesswork out of prepping and cooking The exercises so far are good Not too overwhelming for a post covid long hauler who needs to start really slowly Cost wise when compared to other companies it is really affordable too I caught the Christmas special which helped

Great meals and easy to follow recipes
I love how simple the meals are to prepare They are helping me to venture out and try new foods I am usually not able to eat every meal snack because I am still full from my prior meal I wish my meals were vegan Our you considering a vegan version I am enjoying the journey

This is my second purchase of my plan
This is my second purchase of my plan I wasn t mentally ready the first time I m on my first day of week one and loving the App as well as my diet plan I made a subtle change from quinoa to rolled oats since I didn t have quinoa at home I will make necessary adjustments however I ll stick to the serving portion I m excited for this journey but I m hoping I ll stick to my plan

Awesome Program Feel energized and myself again Read me
The food choices and portions were really Good Lots of tomatoes though and tofu I don t like tofu and don t think I entered it as a food I liked Other than that it is awesome I have lost over 4 inches in my waist and lost 12 pounds and it s day 26 Thank you so much I am going to continue to use this meal plan but incorporate one cheat meal on the weekends and see how that works Looking forward to the old fashioned whiskey on Wednesday as a reward

The meal plans were very detailed yet easy to make My work outs were too simple So if you re doing this pick something higher than beginner so you can get some more work out material I lost 13lbs in 28 days I m going to start over now
