I love the examples of what to eat how much when to eat and how to fix it The directions in how to be successful throughout the process is easy to follow All you need is the motivation and the will to succeed I love everything about the book Great starter book to kick it all off

I have been struggling with my weight for sometime now I needed something that was going to teach me when to eat how much and be real about it I love the honesty of my book you dont work out you sit on the sofa You stay where you are No miracle pill no special voodoo trick Just honest real facts to get you there Loving it loosing weight and feeling awesome

Give it a go you have nothing to loose but to get on the right path to healthiness
The life style change was easier than expected when it came to the food I m not sure over what timeframe some of the people had to loose the weight they did but I suspect it wasn t over 28 days I m only on day 24 but can see and feel the difference I will continue with the life style change and have my husband on board with some of the food

I really like the great food choices
I really like the great food choices and how easy and fast it is to prepare and make I m eating way healthier than I was before and realized I liked vegies that I don t normally eat

I just finished my 1st 28 days of Beyond Body and I lost a total of 13 pounds With the meals and snacks I never felt hungry and love that there are options to change up the original suggested meal I am starting my 2nd round of 28 days and my energy levels are through the roof

I am in Love with this program book
I am in Love with this program book I lost 4 inches on my waist because of following this I didn t follow it perfectly when invited over to someone s house for dinner I wouldn t bring my own food or anything I would just eat the healthiest options and always skip dessert But I followed it as closely as I could It was actually really good food most the time I skipped the tofu Lol but I will keep eating a lot of the recipes I learned I would highly recommend this book
