It feels like a scam

The first problem with bezzie is that they do not notify you ahead of your order thus giving you time to adjust reschedule or cancel In today s day in age this is not a hard concept Once I saw the pending transaction on my credit card note I check my accounts daily I notified the customer service to cancel the order I was told on a number of times that it was just too late to cancel the order When I started looking into this I noticed that not only did I never receive an invoice on my account I do not have any record of my order According to their customer service they would not hesitate to cancel if they received the request in time Again how would anyone know when they should cancel when the customer has NO record of the order And to make matters worse the customer service will do NOTHING to actually help the customer basically saying it was my fault that I did not cancel the order in time Now for some companies services products I might put up with this crap but since I know my dog will not eat this food it feels like this company just stole over 100 of my money

They send you rancid food and don t refund you They send you food when you ve stopped your service and they charge you and don t refund you even after admitting their error Very shady business

I would give a zero review if I could I ordered a trial food for 2 weeks Each week my food had missing dry food My dog didn t even enjoy the food and I had to throw it everyday I cancelled my subscription and now they charged me for a month food Said they order food fresh and hence can not refund me Now that makes me question that is it as fresh as they promise it is They could have refunded 3 weeks money and charge 1 that would have been fair But just saying guys be careful before you get into this Very bad customer service and also things on website isn t true If it says cancel subscription anytime and it s weekly food why charge for a month food

Do not buy this food for your dog I tried this company out because I wanted to sample all fresh dog food companies to see which one worked the best for my dog The fresh food came a day late in a box that did not have any method of keeping the food cool and fresh I had to throw away the entire 30 lb box because it was warm and spoiled Then I tried contacting Customer Service The phone rings and rings but no one ever answers I tried emailing them to request a refund and their only response thus far is that they re having issues with their phone Don t waste your money on this company

My dog was violently I ll after the first meal He wouldn t touch it again and went off eating food for several weeks I tried one more meal just to be sure that s what it was and he vomited afterwards again I threw the whole months food out Would not recommend this at all

Products didn t arrive

Paid money for plan 1 4 of dry food came and no raw food slim to no customer service We waited 2 weeks for the rest of product to arrive but never did wouldn t recommend

Someone stole my credit card and order this crap There is no phone number I launched a fraud investigation with my credit card company to try and get my money back Im contacting the BBB THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS

If I could give zero stars I would Ingredient list sounded good as did individual size servings specially made for my dog Only thing is my dog got diarrhea even though I gradually introduced the food Now I get two more boxes delivered even though I canceled They said I had 3 open accounts and only 1 was canceled What How did 3 accounts get opened and they didn t notify me I returned the 2 boxes but they refused to refund me And today my dog is vomiting blood and has to spend the night at the vet DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO BEZZIE
