Fabulous team great food and my dog absolutely scoffs it down The fact it includes free VidiVet ontop of your food for your dog is fantastic it really helps to put any ease in worries before potentially a trip to the vets Ontop of this the customer service team AND Facebook team are always on top of things ready to assist with queries big or small and provide you support on what s best for your budget and your dogReally recommend b d my dog can t get enough of it the company truly care about your pet on birthdays and Christmases provided fun little extras which are always appreciatedThank you B D

Unfortunately despite trying different things for over a week my very fussy cat refused to eat the food and I forgot to cancel the next months order so a payment was taken from my bank Upon contacting Customer services they responded really quickly and organised a refund for me with no hesitation 3 days later my refund has hit my bank account
