Bought a full set of cutlery for use at home - gorgeous product and speedy secure service First time I ve used them and super happy

A glass arrived broken and I ve sent 3 emails requesting a refund and not had a reply or the refund

BG Bentons offer Churchill crockery with a 5 year non chip warranty or replacement if it gets chipped I sent them emails for the plates and bowls within a few months of bulk purchase last year which got chipped but despite sending reminder emails and numerous calls they just wouldn t respond and neither replace them and simply said we have replaced them

Expensive product Poor communication and very slow shipping

Ordered 12 coffee cups received 6 in a box with a paid invoice for 12 Called to find out what was going on was told an incorrect code had been used by the company and the price was for 6 I asked for a full refund with return post I would also have accepted 6 more cups or half my money back including VAT but was told by person answering phone that she didn t know what to do Was told an e-mail reply would follow no reply 4 days later so sent company a request for a reply More than a day later no reply Will escalate to trading standards if no reply with solution soon as I can see no reason for a wrongly coded order for 12 to not be picked up after receipt processing and before despatch Very very poor customer service thus far Very disappointed Update Have received a reply from one of the Directors to say that a partial refund has been made for which I am grateful Will happily deal with Bentons again

Before coming with friends we read a lot of reviews about local hotels and unfortunately most of them were not very nice We had discussions about where to stay because we didn t want to spoil our holiday

Brilliant products they smell fabulous I ordered online the company was reliable would re-order again great service
