Ordered 12 coffee cups and got 6 treated poorly
Ordered 12 coffee cups received 6 in a box with a paid invoice for 12 Called to find out what was going on was told an incorrect code had been used by the company and the price was for 6 I asked for a full refund with return post I would also have accepted 6 more cups or half my money back including VAT but was told by person answering phone that she didn t know what to do Was told an e-mail reply would follow no reply 4 days later so sent company a request for a reply More than a day later no reply Will escalate to trading standards if no reply with solution soon as I can see no reason for a wrongly coded order for 12 to not be picked up after receipt processing and before despatch Very very poor customer service thus far Very disappointed Update Have received a reply from one of the Directors to say that a partial refund has been made for which I am grateful Will happily deal with Bentons again
