Delivery was fast and well packaged and all arrived that I orded Nice condition This is the 4 parcel I have orded from here that is classed as fragile and arrived perfect

I love the set glasses i bought Lots of choices and different sizes Very well packed to ensure no damage will be caused during the transport All very heavy as a single glass which me and my partner really like good quality Little minus that the stamp CE mark fells ruff Like a little sharp Not on all Very quick response from head office on your query about postage and polite reply Slight delay on delivery but that could be caused by post I definitely will order again And recommended to my friends and family Thank you

Have used this company on a couple of occasions now and have found the service provided to be outstanding Although I had a small issue with a couple of items on my first order the issue was quickly resolved by Bentons within just an hour of me raising it From start to finish I found the whole process straightforward and felt very much reassured that the company I was dealing with really cared - would highly recommend

Very pleased with overall experience Good website Good price and prompt delivery Reasonable shipping though most do free shipping over 100 nowadays The cutlery is pretty good quality with a nice heft Overall good VFM and would recommend to friends

Bought 24 x Luigi Bormioli Michlangelo Masterpiece glasses Arrived promptly but sadly one was broken in transit A replacement glass was sent out straight away Great customer service
