TOTAL SCAM BE AWARE Reviews are fake on all of the products I ve been waiting for my security camera for 100 and I never received it ALL REVIEWS ARE FAKE THEY TOOK IT FROM ALIEXPRESS YOUR ORDERS COME FROM CHINA AND COST 50-60 OF BIGMAGZ PRICES NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE

bigmagz com it is a poor company located in China do not order from them I ordered 4 products and only 3 arrived one of the product I ordered at the same time with the others never arrived I sent sent several emails and no refund or product was sent Nobody responded to my last 3 emails and prior to that there were lies about the shipments amazon has better quality products

I placed an order on 2 27 2023 It s now 3 13 2023 and has been in Grand Prarie TX for almost a week I inquired on 3 10 2023 and all of a sudden it changed to In transit but it s still not here 3 days later and I m in Oklahoma one state up I will NEVER order from here again I m now questioning whether the product I ordered is legit VERY DISAPPOINTING

Your comment is awaiting moderation I personally think that BigMagz is a scam I ordered books for my children It s almost 3 months now and I haven t received my order When I made a follow-up they said that the parcels are with couriers but unfortunately they can not track them That s such a disappointment especially to my kids who have been waiting for their books to be delivered

I ordered a new product that is out the product came within three working days And then I ordered another item from them and accidently didnt fill my address out correctly they called me to correct it and I recieved my package the next day You have the option to pay with your Amazon account paypal carte blue or this new service called Klara which allows you to pay in three installments I think they must be connected with Amazon if you can use your account I like it it feels like they have all the new gadgets you see in infomercials
