All the staff I met couldn t have been more helpful from the young lady making you welcome with a coffee Tom the salesman was exceptional and even delivered the car to my house on trade plates again a thank you to his manager for allowing it to happen so that I didn t have to go back to deal with the collection which for me would have been difficult having to use public transport and coping with a walking stick as I have 3 forms of cancer A very big well done to Tom nd his manager for allowing it to happen The follow up with Falcao and his team also first class A very big well done all round Obviously training has played a big part in getting the staff to the standard that they are at
