Outstanding 5 customer service and above by sales executive Mr John Yates at beadles volxwagon colchester Purchased a new car from John recently in February 2022 mainly for my wife John found us an amazing car had it transported to colchester on a trailer for us and from there on his customer service was so proffesional polite and knowledgeable Kept us informed throughout the process of buying the car allways updated us by calls and emails Nothing at al was to much trouble for him We had extras put on car and again kept us updated all the time He worked very hard for me as some things were a surprise for my wife On the day we collected car John was pleasant honest and a absolute credit to volxwagon and volxwagon colchester Special touches like videos of our new car at different stages and on the day As I said John went out of his way throughout and everything I asked John arranged for and a very special day it was when we picked up my wife s car with red bows Lastly John even spent time with us on the day to go through control s etc on new car outstanding person sale executive and would definitely stay with volxwagon for the future I hope John will be recognised by his manager for his outstanding 5 and above customer service Thankyou

Bought my Mercedes A250 from the Norwich hall road branch The sales team were superb and not pushy at all The after care was spot on I went back with a few snagging issues after a week of driving the car and nothing was too much hassle All issues were resolved on the same day
