Highy effecient as always after I had my order put through for 2 pairs of shoes I ordered a pair of insoles as an afterthought they threw them in for free This was a nice touch as I have bought a nice few pairs of shoes over the years Thank you

This company has excellent people skills to their customers I had to ring them recently about some shoes I bought for my son They were too big and I needed to return them She was so pleasant on the phone and answered all my queries with ease Thanks to Dave for letting her have his phone
