I returned item as size was too big

I returned item as size was too big didn t get refund for inbound and outbound shipping which was almost half shoes price

They lie

The website said they had the shoes I needed in stock So I ordered them and another item Then I got an email saying the shoes would be shipped directly from the manufacturer They told me that some dress shoes and work shoes ship directly from the manufacturer So they flat out lied when they said the shoes were in stock I feel like they should be honest and tell the customer that the manufacturer has inventory and will ship it to them I will not work with this dishonest company in the future They even sent me an email saying they were getting my order together when really they were just letting the manufacturer know what I needed and for that they will take a cut of the money The package arrived with my insoles They were not adequately packaged The box was inside a plastic envelope and the box was mangled so bad the insoles were halfway out
