Good customer service and great shoes

This is a great buisness idea as it is impossible to get over size 12 in shops I recently bought shoes for my husband on Big Shoes they were good quality nice shoes and I received them very quickly The shoes were too big so I emailed them and told them I was sending them back for smaller pair The emailed back that they might be waiting a few days for that size to come in did I want to wait or get a refund I decided to wait and received the shoes a few days later Good communication and good customer service My husband loves them and I will be definitely ordering from this site again

I always found it very hard to find big size work boots for my son but then I found bigshoes website and it s brilliant they always have his size in stock and it s the only place I can get them
