I wrote a review a few days ago since then I ve been on at them daily through live chat I asked for my player Id number so I could report them to the Cura ao gaming authority they wouldn t give it to me I couldn t find it on my profile they then cut me off from live chat altogether and are ignoring emails I have reported them to the Cura ao gaming authority without said Id number I m not holding my breath but I can t just let them keep getting away with this

Complete scam When asked to close the account they tell you to email the manager I have over 20 times now and no response money has gone out of my bank account which I haven t deposited Chat cuts you off as soon as you start questioning them Keep well clear

This company is the worst

I have wrote a couple of reviews on this site and since then I ve discovered that this is a rogue site with a fake licence I am very sure that my money has gone there have been warnings put on other review sites so I hope that anyone reading this avoids this casino so they don t lose out

I won 600 pounds on 27th November 2024

I won 600 pounds on 27th November 2024 Was told my withdrawal was still going through security checks and it takes 7 to 21 days to have the information validated and check its your account Which is odd as they took my wager from my personal account and kept hounding me to deposit more money on a daily basis I have been messageing them on a daily basis and being sent nothing but standard pre typed messages saying that they are busy When I continue to ask as to why my withdrawal is not going through I get told to stop being abusive I no way have ever used any inappropriate language Bearing in mind they have my 600 pounds and it s completely not in my interest to start rocking the boat as I am already convinced that I will never ever get my winnings Told on the 7th that my withdrawal was nearly processed So today I have been blocked for messaging in capital letters and the withdrawal cancelled due to security reasons I strongly recommend that you steer clear of this bunch of scamming crooks As I write this review they have again texted me offering a bonus if I deposit more money I have now tried again to withdraw using a Revolut account But I know it s not going to happen I will post all of my screen shots in my next review
