I have very recently ordered from bijou

I have very recently ordered from bijou jewellery and paid 6 95 for express delivery as the item ordered was a birthday gift As of yet I have still not received my item i can t get through to the company via phone and I have had no reply back to my message on Facebook or email I need my item by today at the latest and have absoluteky no hope for it If it is not here by the end of the day I will be cancelling my order and requesting my money back through my bank as this is fraud to accept my momey and not give me my item especially in the stated time that I ve requested and paid for

Never ever buy off this company

Never ever buy off this company I recently purchased a silver necklace for my partner which was okay for a while but then the chain links started to come apart which meant it couldn t be worn I emailed them on a number of occasions with no response I then tried to call them only to be told by a machine to leave my details and they would call me back Yes you ve guessed it no Call Back no nothing I will now go elsewhere and use a company that respects their customers Bijou Jewellery does not deserve to be trading and I hope that it doesn t for much longer

Will not use this company again a ring I ordered was in stock at the time I placed my order I then get an email saying that it s now gone out of stock Not good enough it was in stock when I ordered it so my order should have been made up I will not be recommending this company I m afraid this was a very important ring they ve really let me down

I bought a pair of earrings from Bijou Jewellery for christmas and the product i received was FAKE they were plastic and were damaged when they arrived When i contacted them to complain they said they can t help or refund me because they triple check what they send out so i must of broken them Disgraceful customer service Avoid at all costs

I bought an item but it broke due to being of poor quality I tried returning it by emailing them to no response I then opened a ticket with them to no response Only once I filed a chargeback request with my debit card company did they finally email me Avoid

I purchased a chain necklace for my

I purchased a chain necklace for my partner within a week the chain has already started to tarnish I have emailed and called Bijou loads of times but they are not answering any calls and also not contacting me back via email Seriously unhappy as this is not something you d expect to happen to a chain necklace within a week of owning it

Poor quality

After reading some of the reviews on here I am getting concerned I purchased the t-bar heart necklace which after only a few times of wearing is showing really bad signs of wear I have sent two e-mails without any response HELP

I purchased the white gold crucifix chain for 185 now worth 245 ATTENTION This isn t GOLD it s sterling silver They try to false advertise in hopes that you ll make the purchase and not have the patience to return it DO NOT TRUST this website or any affiliated jewellers Highly likely that most of its pieces are not genuine or of cheap materials I would recommend staying for away from this so called Jewellers very bad experience with a piece I was highly excited for

Double heart necklace not fit for purpose

I purchased the double heart T-bar necklace After only wearing a few times both hearts lost the surface shine possibly due to both hearts unavoidably rubbing together making the hearts look dull and shabby Clearly a design fault Bijou will take no resbonsibility for this When I returned the necklace after 3 weeks they offered to sell it for scrap I asked them to return it to me which they did wrapping one heart so that it did not rub on the other in transit Buyer beware this item is not fit for purpose and customer services are very difficult to contact - no phone number

Not sterling silver as advertised Do not buy

I bought some large hoop earrings as a gift for my girlfriend on the basis that they were sterling silver as advertised because she is allergic to metals other than sterling silver The tracking information seemed a bit off so I emailed customer service and received a response saying that delivery was to be expected In all fairness the delivery did come within the time frame I anticipated However upon arrival I couldn t find the 925 stamp used to verify all sterling silver jewellry My girlfriend tried on the earrings and they caused a severe allergic reaction which resulted in her ears bleeding I emailed that same email address to ask where I can find the 925 stamp and haven t received a response for weeks DO NOT BUY FALSE ADVERTISING AND NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
