Earrings looked dull not all shiney

Earrings looked dull not all shiney like they were presented in the photo looked cheap even though they cost 60 and they arrived in a small plastic bag The bag I wasn t so bothered about but the box was huge in comparison with the small hoops which meant I couldn t position them so they presented well I have had to cut the foam myself so they sat correctly There was little gift bag to go with it which was ok Overall a bit disappointing If I saw them in a shop I wouldn t have bought them

No response after return EDIT - Now resolved

EDIT - response from company and refund now received My order was received and queries answered promptly to begin with until I returned the item as it was not completely as described on the website and now I have emailed 3 times and not received any response in regards to the turnaround for my refund Not impressed and wouldn t buy from them again

The silver hoops are very light to wear

The silver hoops are very light to wear and I have enjoyed wearing them but the attachment for joining up at the back of the ear is easy to bend and not easy to fit together as it is too flexible Not sure how durable these will be

Ordered a ring as a Christmas present

Ordered a ring as a Christmas present in size Q was measured at a jewelers but when arrived it was too small I then returned it and ordered the next size up which came but was massive Either their sizing it s not true to size or I have been sent the wrong sizing as some stage Have contacted them before I return the second ring however have not had a response Really want this ring but do not want to keep paying delivery fee and return postage every time

Had a good breakfast there today was lovely staff amazing but the slate plates were not really suitable for our food eggs and beans fell off the edge Really need proper plates for certain items on the menu

Bought a beautiful ring from this website Unfortunately the stone fell within days and had to return Be aware they don t have customer services chat or a telephone number to contact To be fair they were really helpful through the emails sent me a return label and a refund within days
