Received 2 Bikebac trackers
Received 2 Bikebac trackers wanted to fit them under the seat But they didn t send the bracket Emailed them the reply was get this did you receive zip ties with your tracker Yes I did but I wanted a proper bracket as advertised Said we are now using zip ties to secure them under seat So no security bolts No use ZIP TIES WOW I m sure a bike thief would be able to cut zip ties with a pair of scissors or knife Surely a metal bracket and security screws are a better option Anyway still waiting for a reply from them Not happy

can t get Find my app to sync
can t get Find my app to sync tried the troubleshooting steps multiple times reinstalled the app but all I get is the same error -Could not continue contact the manufacturer An unknown error occurred Please Try again in a few minutesIf the problem persists you may have to contact the manufacturer Still no response from the manufacturer

Bikebac doesn t work with Find my app
Shipping soooo slow 2 items eventually arrived but can t get Find my app to sync tried the troubleshooting steps multiple times reinstalled the app but all I get is the same error contact the manufacturer Now it looks like I have pay to send items back to Canada from Aust just to try and get a refund No after sales support whatsoever I should of just bought AirTags UpdateBikebac contacted me after this review and offered full refund also more technical assistance which should be added to install instructions and I m glad that issues have been resolved So far better than expected great business attitude highly recommend

Bikeback Customer Services
Hi There My Bikeback Tracker arrived within a couple of days and when I tried to pair it with my iPhone11Pro by following the very simple instructions I couldn t get a connection I contacted customer services who promptly got back in touch with me by email and I went through the steps that they explained to me but again I had no success I got back in touch with them again and they thought that it could be an Apple problem and asked what iOS version I had which was iOS 17 08 and said that they would contact Apple a short time later Brian got back to me and advised me to update my phone iOS 18 0 1 which I did Job Done The Bikeback Customer Service was amazing and I would like to thank Vincent and Brian for their patience My tracker is working with no problems and I have recommended Bikeback to a few of my friends Albert Morgan

Great item great customer service
I was a bit skeptical at first that this would be better than an airtag but I definitely don t regret my purchase It arrived within a few days of ordering and it immediately connected to the Findmy app No issue and extremely easy Works great on my bike and is not so visible and obvious Also customer service was perfect-- I accidentally ordered more devices than needed and I emailed about the mistake and they quickly and kindly issued me a refund

Great customer service
I complained to them via email and website that their tracker has broken won t connect to Find My network weak beeping after only 1 year of use They suggested ways of fixing it but I replied with videos showing that the suggested fixes did not fix the tracker They were then very quick to mail me a new tracker to replace the broken old one which I m very happy for
