I never miss payments but was threatened with agreement being cancelled if i did not pay missed payment been on billing finance website an my banking app and im totally up to date

If there was minus stars I would award that Waste of time company Been waiting near 2 weeks for them to pay the garage an that has left us with no vehicle as we were promised a delivery an it came an went Own car went last week so been left with no transport over Xmas because they and I quote didn t accept calls regarding this as its so close to Christmas If I lose my deposit with the garage I will be taking you to small claims court in the new year

Had nothing but issues with this company Poor customer service poor communication Countless times I ve instructed them to take payments on specific dates they completely ignored my requests Raised several complaints with the company and they all been disregarded I ve ended up taking action against them in the end through financial ombudsman after threatening me with a default notice

Very poor service

Very poor service Been out of work for a few months due to injury and the birth of my son This meant I was on a reduced income I try to explain this to Billing Finance and all they do is keep sending me notices to pay and threatening action I m only just getting back to work full-time so I can start to pay off the arrears but there s no need to be so arrogant

I had emergency life saving surgery and told them this as I hit financial hard times they were not understanding and I m now complaining Avoid they way they ve treated me on separate occasions has been appalling

Billing Finance arranged repairs for my vehicle at the original dealership in August 2023 Unfortunately the dealership has retained the vehicle since that time and left the property leaving the vehicle in a locked car park Despite reaching out previously I haven t been able to confirm the repair status This lack of access and disinterest from Billing Finance in the vehicle is causing significant inconvenience I would appreciate Billing Finance s urgent intervention to resolve this situation and ensure a clear update on what the next step is Also been in contact with FOS

I did get car I waited 6 hours at GCS

I did get car I waited 6 hours at GCS Cars office but Car is not ready with TFL PCO permit as they mentioned in auto trader I called billing finance but they didn t help I really fed up

I was accepted finance

I was accepted finance Signed all the forms to the car I chose unfortunately the cars head gasket went before I picked it up so I chose another car from the same garage to be then be declined for finance after waiting nearly 2 weeks I d never recommend this companyWaste of my time and the car garages time
