Using this app make me up to date punctual and active I have a very good experience by working within my company and using this system Sometimes there is location issue that might happen because of poor connectivity other than that it s very good app

I am happy with Birdie All my calls were reflecting Birdie even asks why I am checking out late or too early This can help me in case I am checking out by error How ever I do not understand how it calculates total hours worked

Love the set up but can t understand

Love the set up but can t understand why we have to record tasks twice It just adds more time on visits and also Clients think we re on our phone texting instead of spending valuable time conversing with them

On the whole it is much easier to do

On the whole it is much easier to do the daily reports on my phone I would really appreciate it if there was under liquids drinks an item for MILK SOUP JELLY ETC as these are liquids which help increase the liquid intake for our elderly clients Please thank you

A Very Useful App

Birdie is a helpful app and enables me to record most facets of my client s day concisely I do feel that in places it lacks flexibility If one adds something in error e g PRN medication or drink volume one cannot go back and edit it One can also not edit or add to comments under mood or mental health Under Incontinence one cannot note that a pad was wet AND soiled One has to add 2 separate entries which appears 2 indicate that 2 pads have been changed Adding photos is not always possible at the time one notices something that should be highlighted It is not possible to take a photo and add it later when updating Birdie

Easy to use from start to finish

List of clients at my finger tips care plans tasks and call logs to keep you informed and updated Concerns are easily raised without having to speak to anybody Would be super helpful if birdie was able to log total miles from first to last client so we don t have that extra work at the end of a week monthWould be helpful if we could tag discontinued no longer needed tasks for deletion

I agree it s working great for the carers However for managers imputing runs I find it stressful It doesn t add up the carers hours for the week my old system did this You can t just drag a run into another run you have to unassign the run and shift it s time consuming and stressful

lot needs improve clear instructions

lot needs improve clear instructions on a long visit with lot needs x2 care staff you have to stop log when other care staff return just needs one who do full call to log and in-between separate there log medications need a alert some how if missed
