It s a really good trustworthy system

It s a really good trustworthy system and gives me instant information as a RM andDirector I would however like some changes to the Care planner Format as it is repetitive

A well-organised Application which is strategically planned in terms of checking on duty giving tasks according to times showing medications to be given to clients and connected to GPS for easy manoeuvring from point A to B With its latest updates of displaying dates and hours one has accumulated it allows planning ahead and avoiding last minute rash to clients It s connection to the main office will enable the line manager or coordinator to ascertain any circumstances that may need immediate action for example delay in nursing interventions displaying amber or red Keep up the good work Team and just perfect on the hours one has acquired especially in domiciliary care Thank you very much

So far so good No it is not perfect there is a way to go BUT they are very open to suggestions and actually act on your feedback Onboarding The process for us was very quick as we were moving away from a system we were unhappy with Caoimhe has been brilliant and responsive to meetings and sending through useful video training and guides We are just now getting to work with Alice to use Looker to ensure we make the best of the many report functions Mobile App - so far staff and clients love it Its easy to use and having everything live I teh go is great we are abel to see where staff check in to ensure they are safe and this is a big thing for us and staff safety Clients have transparency which is great for communication There are glitchy things that need addressing invoice numbers you save do not save on the Birdie system drop down menus are glitchy No visible contacted hours to compare easily when rostering or invoicing We have sent these concerns to bird and they re in the Pipeline We are so far very pleased with the onboarding the support teams on the chat and are hopeful for a smooth partnership
