Best app for recording information

I am a carer I have beef working for nearly 3 years I m my view so far This is the best app to convey and record all the required information And I have heard the information can be even share to family and respective concerned authorities

Great support and guidance from the Birdie team to migrate from one system to another I was provided with one to one Training throughout migration and also once we went live James and Sarah have always provided continuous support

Having never used the system before I was a bit nervous at first but the help and support guided me through every aspect Support is excellent and could not thank them enough for their patience especially Josh who was able to resolve all of my queries with kindness Please keep up the good work what you are doing is excellent

My absolute pleasure to be working with Birdie I know change can be daunting especially for those who have not been exposed to technology during early years of working life but this is something to embrace and revel in the stride s forwards Birdie gives us The advantages are unmeasurable to us that have relied upon manual labour tasks to provide authority and regulators information Time management alone speaks volumes I did my weekly medication audit this morning and only 2 charts to view whoop whoop Medication has always been the Achilles heel of all branches not no more if they adopt the positives

As a health care worker I find birdie easy to use and check off tasks It also has a Raising Concern feature to accelerate issues at a service user It also shows me the total number of hours worked and my upcoming schedule

Birdie is very useful for planning my trips as im able to access all the the info i need in record time and love that i can see previous visit notes by carers Its also safe and secure as you ll need to use a code to enter every time you leave the app although a fingerprint feature would be nice to have overall easy to use

Very impressed

After starting my new position it was a transition for me as I was programmed into using a different online service which I had used for years So whenever I have a quick question or get a little stuck I drop Birdie support a little message and the reply is almost instant Everything I have had to ask they have answered or sorted within minutes Super impressed by the excellent customer service and speedy responses Well done guys

Birdie is making my caring life so much better In fact Birdie made me lazy not literally but it s doing all the hard work for me It s my personal secretary if I may call it that I have suggested Birdie to other care companies which is seriously thinking about it Well done Birdie
