I had a bissel machine it was really good However though it would be good to have a second machine one upstairs one downstairs QVC had a Vax pet one on offer it broke within 6 months sent it back they sent me a replacement which broke I ve now bought a second Bissell pet carpet washer They have never broke and pick up so much more water than vax Can t rate this machine enough Vax customer service is not very good I have 2 dogs one wees indoors everywhere hence I need a good reliable carpet washer This one get rid of all the smells Now happy I have 2 Bissell machines
