Bissell remains a recommended product for me

I am a long time Bissell customer having used your Easy Sweep Sweeper and Clean View Compact Vacuum Cleaner with satisfaction for many years So I have now chosen Bissell Supreme Sweep Turbo Sweeper Compared with my earlier Easy Sweep Sweeper of many years I have now observed the following about my new Supreme Sweep Turbo Sweeper 1 It is not as easily manoeuvrable as the Easy Sweep 2 Dirt and dust are thrown on the surface of the Sweeper during sweeping 3 Emptying the dirt cup requires pulling the dirt out of the cup with finger or tool

Discount code 10 would not apply

I have used bissell all my adult life and am very happy with my cleaner however when reordering solution I was offered 10 discount it I signed up to the news letter which I did The code unlocked would not work and I ended up paying full price with no discount and will no doubt receive marketing info without the discount inducement Feel conned tbh If you are going to offer a discount make sure it can be applied at the checkout please

awaiting a response from complaints

I ordered 3 bottles of cleaning solutions and one was leaking from a very small slit in the bottom of the bottle I contacted customer service who said I needed to email complaints I did that and am awaiting a response The packaging was not brilliant the box being too big for the contents with only a little bit of paper packing which meant the bottles could move around during delivery

Handy for everyday pick up with no cables but instruction manual is all pictorial and v hard to follow written English instructions would be preferable Have to separately mop and use different hoover attachments to get up to edges and small areas Not quite as brilliant as it could be Pick up is ok if not as another reviewer stated the mess is not too big to pick up

10 discount offer didn t materialise

Just bought a BISSELL spot carpet cleaner It s great and seems to work well The carpet cleaning liquid supplied is a very mean amount I went to the website to buy some more enticed by a 20 off offer Irritatingly the checkout page just would not accept the offer code A wasted too much time on this The 10 offer was nice but turned into a major negative when it wouldn t work

Delivery was quick and was included in the purchase price Both the spot cleaner and the carpet washer were easy to assemble and operate Unable to order direct by telephone Some of the customer sales staff did not fully understand the offer condutions The 15 discount off next purchase by submitting a review only applied to full price itemss look out fir the small pr

I have just ordered the BISSELL PowerWash Pet upright carpet upholstery cleaner I am currently awarding 3 stars as I have only just made the order I cannot comment on the functionality or performance of the product until I receive it and try it out However the reviews of Bissell carpet cleaning products are impressive So I have high hopesThis is my first carpet cleaner and I must say that I am excited

Replacement charger

I previously had a BISSELL sweeper but the charger had been misplaced during a move Couldn t get a replacement on line as I didn t know the part number SO I ended up having to buy another sweeper Delivery was the following day Impressed The pamphlet contained in the box itemised part numbers of certain parts including a charger Tried to order one on line but comes up unknown or unable to find Not impressed

Be Careful with your timing when you buy

I knocked off 2 Stars as I bought the Big Green directly from Bissell as they had 10 off then they promptly knock the price down even more 20 on Amazon Prime day The machine itself is excellent and the speed of delivery was great Just left a sour taste in my mouth about the pricing I bought it on the 21st Sep Amazon prime deal 8th Oct was 639 from 719 I Paid Ouch
