Bravo You lost another customer
Bravo After 6 years with Bitrix in different levels we finally got enough Now we just have to find a way to export 6 years CRM and tasks that s going to be interesting Don t waste your time on this tricky and slow to work with haven t brought us back 10 of the time we have spent on it and still after all these years we still can t figure out to make a decent workflow Secondly watch out for the fees being charged by partners to make different setups for you they will end up making Microsoft Dynamic support feel cheap Other stuff that made up decide - The integration with Office365 is horrible document viewing etc - you can t print stuff like tasks and checklists etc beside a screen print style Naturally unless you buy the Big package and have partner make reports for you The most basic things does not work out of the box - If you have employees in China they will not be able to access Bitrix unless they are on a VPN and even then it is often not working The list continues and bottom line I can t recommend Bitrix24 and we much rather pay the extra and go with Microsoft Dynamic

They Blocked Access to My Database With No Warning
For over 2 years I was using Bitrix and happy with their services I planned on sticking with them as my business grew Not anymore Just yesterday as of posting this review with no warning they locked access to my Leads and Quotes both of which I was heavily using at the time This appears to be part of service plan changes they gave some vague reference to in an email back in July but it said nothing NOTHING at all about removing a major feature when exactly any changes would be made or exactly what features were being removed I got no notices beforehand that those features were about to be locked My ONLY warning was going to my database and getting a screen blocking me telling me I have to pay to get my data back Not acceptable behaviour I recommend staying away from them if this is how they do business

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS This company not only did it make me upgrade so that I could have access to support which consisted of videos and tutorials but the only option for someone to have a semifunctional CRM is to pay 500 a month Anything under that you wont be able to contact anyone or to enter leads in CRM Don t do what I did and waste time and money on a piece of s t software

Support is one of the worst out there You are alone Save your energy or money There are plenty of open source solutions out there that may work for you For us the only pros is the telephony integration About cons 1 Outdated documentantion for on premise some articles are 7 years old and this the official articles the support team will send you also 2 SUPPORT If you manage to get a reply its a miracle If you manage to resolve lol your issue maybe try your luck at a Casino after that Good luck

A bug did not allow us to pay and ended training all the staff for nothing and they have no idea how to resolve it to allow us to pay Support is completely useless No matter how many times we explained the bug they kept saying complete rubbish

My cloud PBX disconnected last month
My cloud PBX disconnected last month Bitrix told me it was down to my provider All tests done and nothing had changed with my provider - ports all open - no traffic blocked - correct credentials Still wasn t working and Bitrix Specialist Support were unable to find the issue I have another Bitrix24 subscription so I tested the Cloud PBX credentials in there and what do you know they worked instantly Back to my other subscription and still not working The staff take days to come back to you and I am still waiting for them to give me an answer This issue has cost my business over 10 000 I will be moving ASAP Avoid this second rate company

Bitrix rhymes with Myxlplyx and should be avoided
After I ordered a chargeback for their bait-and-switch which was sign me up for 2 years and then notify me that the service would change to triple my subscription rate So I decided to cut my losses short early and terminate immediately Galina Tepfer said they would downgrade my account to FREE but they refused to allow the chargeback to go through So now they have my money and I have no account This is tantamount to fraud and theft I will seek every avenue for my refund and warn you that there are better integrated services out there Bitrix rhymes with Myxlplyx a mischief maker

They locked my access to my data without any warning it s like they need to force me to buy a subscription all the advertisement about free CRM is fake it s just for advertisement They are lier the worst experience I have got ever I will not be using it anymore Bad company Bad Customer service

the worst CRM it lacks lots of features and the support is TRASH they will forward your issue multiple times and wont ever resolve it even if you are a bitrix24 partner please don t use it just use excel or a piece of paper its better faster an with no problems
