Book still not delivered Ordered on or before 9th Dec Even with very generous delivery window you give your items 10-15 days this item is late Not due to X-mas postage traffic items ordered after Blackwell s including books from other sites from England Scotland and Germany all arrived before X-mas unable to track further than 18th Dec

Dear only one book has been received please send the number for the second book since you sent it separately if you sent the second one at all I have to tell you that I have never been so disappointed with a publishing house in our country you get fired for things like this Also I have been charged for postage again I am speechless I will never order anything from you I ordered and paid for the books on January 3

Selling books you never deliver

Multiple people asked customer service wether the book would be delivered However today when shipping was supposed to start all orders got cancelled I feel scammed even if there was no financial dammage done

up to 7 days to dispatch

read on the website 2-4 business days for delivery missed the bit that said it could be up to 7 working days for them to dispatch 7 days to post a book now going to miss the delivery should have ordered from Amazon would have been here next day

Two months and still no delivery

I placed an order for two books on December 1st 2023 My order was sent on December 4th and still hasn t arrived I have tried through the Blackwell website to ask about my order but they ask for a password and do not accept my Blackwell password I have let this much time go by allowing for Christmas and the situation in Israel where I live I have ordered books from other UK companies since December and received the books within a week to 10 days I will not use Blackwell again Difficult to track parcels and difficult to contact

First and last purchase with

First and last purchase with Blackwell s Ordered a book on 14th December and till date 22nd Jan the book has yet to be delivered to me Went to their website and they informed me that the book has been lost in transit The alternative solution is to re-deliver however that will take additional 7 days the time taken to deliver provided they dont lose the book again For a company that prides itself in international delivery they fall disappointingly short off the mark

Two weeks on and Blackwell s has still

Two weeks on and Blackwell s has still not offered a solution to the no-show of the books I ordered on December1st I would have thought the least they could do after almost three months of waiting for a parcel is to offer a refund Shocking customer service

No order arrived

Order was promised 7th January and never received date is now 7th Feb Email sent requesting refund 22nd Jan promising refund within 48 hours No refund has been made They have also closed the incident number without being resolved

Not one order goes smoothly with

Not one order goes smoothly with Blackwell s Online I really should avoid It is such a shame because instore experience and service great As was Foyles but of course they are all under the umbrella of Waterstones who are perceived not to care - and they do not respond to emails -Waterstones

Missing order and CS no help

Shipping takes forever and customer service is no help at all Order was supposed to arrive in 10-15 business days and 25 later they said they won t talk to me until another week has passed Tracking number stopped working the second it left the UK if you know it s shipping outside of the country why would you not attach an international tracking number so I have no way of knowing what the hell is going on
