Not impressed at all Took our money upfront but have not done anything as yet They make excuses and they do not even phone us back when they say they will

I would never use this company again

I would never use this company again they are rude and do not keep you informed They also do not investigate people whom lie within the system these are meant to be law abiding people I am very very disappointed

Didn t follow instructions

Legal activity was fine - but I explicitly stated that I wanted the recovery from the other Party to cover all their costs They under-estimated their costs and we settled for a lower amount from the other Party which left me with a hefty residual bill Very frustrating and could have easily been avoided

Did not follow instructions and deny responsibility

We have used Blaser Mills last year and it was a very poor experience They did not follow our instructions completed the sale and we were left to later find out that the instructions given were not followed leaving us in a complicated situation They also deny fault even though we have written evidence of the services we requested and an invoice that shows we paid for those same services to be requested Do not recommend this firm

Questionable charging for obtaining Grant of Probate

Following the passing of my mother her Will was passed to Blaser Mills although originally placed with Francis How I assumed we would be treated fairly regarding costs Asked to quote for obtaining Grant of Probate we were quoted between 13k - 15k inc VAT that also included cashing in assets - probably no more than a total of 35k My mother s Will was not complicated no pensions no other property - other than a shared home with my father who is still alive Following the extraordinary amount we were quoted I m pleased to say we had the same service provided by Zedra UK Ltd for 1500 Perhaps Blaser Mills had the decimal point in the wrong place

Very slow service and trying to get a

Very slow service and trying to get a response is impossible plus letter was addressed to someone who was already deceased which was very upsetting
