No refund after cancel request on same day
I signed up and realized the same day that this is not the service I wanted I requested to cancel and refund on the same day It was 11 07 24 I contacted them several times by email So far I didn t get the refund and also no reply to my emails Customer care says contract is cancelled but I get no written confirmation
