One of the best least painless experiences of securing myself an electric bike The whole process from start to finish has been a breeze The team are fantastic easy to contact and if anything was to go wrong I know they are only a call away Thank you to the Team at Blike especially Tom and Tim

Absolutely brilliant experience throughout Setting up your account and ordering the ebike takes a few steps but communication throughout has been excellent Helpful and friendly customer service team Lovely staff at the workshop I rented the Cowboy 4 for 6 weeks Very good ebike for the time I needed it 100 recommend Blike to anyone who s looking for an ebike but can t commit to purchasing one immediately

Blike does everything perfect From customer support through to the process of getting a bike I ve had my vanmoof with them for 13 months and will continue to recommend them to everyone Rarely have any troubles but if I do the team is super response and kind Can t recommend a better company

Couldn t have asked for a better experience Had numerous questions to ask about the whole cycle to work scheme and Steve explained everything to me Ordering the bike on the website is super simple and our bike got delivered in a couple of days Tom delivered our bikes and made sure everything was in order and made sure to talk through the bikes functions Couldn t recommend them enough

Fantastic experience right from the beginning when I contacted the team till by bike was delivered Tim took the time to talk to me to address my questions and arranged a test ride of the bikes Steve was able to come with a financial option suitable for my circumstances Tom took his time to let me have a ride of the bikes and helped me decide on my bike Overall a very professional and friendly experience Highly recommended

Blike have been the perfect company to get my new bike with Great communication and lovely customer service Everyone was explained very well and the whole process was super easy - I love my new bike and glad I am renting with Blike The insurance puts my mind at ease especially living in London Thank you to Tom for delivering my bike to my work and explaining everything I need to know

Absolutely brilliant company customer service was fantastic bike arrived at my office and they showed me everything I needed to know about my new Vanmoof S3 I cannot recommend these guys enough They were in touch every step of the way All companies should use this makes life so simple riding around on an E bike especiallyin big cities where you spend all day in traffic E bikes have No pollution no traffic and you stay fit you still cycle just with some help It s a no brainer 5 billion stars

Blike has been brilliant I have been able to afford an otherwise expensive electric bike as my commuter bike to work Blike kept me up to date with my order status and managed to allocate stock of a discontinued VanMoof Tom was very helpful and gave me lots of information on the bike that otherwise I would not have known about Blike is one of the most easy affordable and reliable bike lease provider Give them a go there is nothing to loose
