Steve Tim and Tom at Blike have been exceptionally helpful and informative throughout the entire process of picking out an eBike with Blike My employers chosen cycle-to-work scheme provider took several days to respond to any queries and when they did it was with copy pasted information I either already knew or could have just retrieved from their website The guys at Blike were incredibly responsive both via email and through the webchat service on their site they provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision within about two days correspondence When I decided my bike wasnt quite suitable for my commute they arranged for me to switch over to another plan with zero fuss If you re thinking of ditching your ULEZ-crippled car or motorbike for a pay monthly eBike I cannot recommend these guys enough

Blike has proved to be a great way to enable staff at our business to gain access to electric bike transport to and from work now that things are opening up again post covid The financing approach is very helpful as it means there are no major outlays for the business up front and it s easy to set up the salary sacrifice for the tax efficient monthly payments I got the Radwagon 4 which is a real workhorse Not only do I go to work meetings on it but can also ferry the kids to their various school activities and even carry a good supermarket run With the price of fuel going through the roof as well as additional ULEZ charges in our area we re hardly using the car at all for local trips or commutes It s proven to be a great way to get around and has significantly changed how we travel as a family Thanks Blike - Two wheels good especially with an electric motor to help you along PS Full transparency - I am friends with one of the company founders which is how I heard about the company in the first place So I can vouch for the service and the team there - they re a nice and helpful bunch

GREAT TEAM GREAT COMPANY I highly recommend checking Blike out What they do makes sense if you Iive in London they re affordable and always there if you need help with the bike I had a puncture on my bike and they were able to pick it up fix it and return it to me within hours Tim and Tom are great at what they do and the bikes they use are the best on the market

I needed an electric bike for a very specific commute - and to transport two kids - and I wasn t sure nor could afford to take the plunge with buying myself a bike without knowing if it would be right for me I discovered Blike and as far as I can see this company is the only one offering the chance to not only rent a bike but also most helpfully it gives you the opportunity to change your bike if you need to The service from Blike was exemplary and highly personalised from the enquiry to the fitting every step was with a friendly and very helpful individual The experience of renting and using the bike was a real pleasure It took me a while to get used to the Randwagon 4 but once I had mastered it and its weight my kids and I had the best time zipping past all the traffic it was a game changer My thoughts about the RandWagon are It handles really well it can take a lot of weight it s fat tyres leave you feeling confident even in wintery conditions and the accelerator handle bar is a delight to use and changes the whole experience It doesn t do that well on hills with a two child load And it is very long and inflexible which makes it virtually impossible to weave through the traffic This bike is happiest sailing down wide open roads
