I placed an order with this company and then a couple of days later the person who I brought these items for as a gift was told they needed to self isolate I contacted Blondies Kitchen on their website as well as via Facebook messenger as per their website and got no response They finally responded after I emailed them telling them their customer service was a disgrace in response to the despatched order email I was sent They then claimed that I put the wrong email address in on their website which is why I hadn t heard back If this was true they could have seen the correct email using the order reference I put into the message but still doesn t explain them not replying to me on Facebook messenger The customer service is terrible They have no interest in the customer beyond taking their money A company I will not buy from again nor recommend

I ve ordered more then 2 week ago but still not received any update on the order Tried to reach out through email as there is no contact number but get automated email only They seem to put the blame on the royal mail strike AVOID ORDERING THROUGH THE WEBSITE

I ordered a cookie initially it was delayed due to postal strikes but they refused to refund Then when they sent it I did not get notified then it sat in Royal Mail for a week I followed up with Blondies had they sent an email first week in Jan saying order dispatched - they claimed I received notification and it was my problem and would not re issue or refund They told me the item would not be usable and must be disposed of I therefore did not collect Save your money no customer service I m not the first customer with the issue and I won t be the last Go Millie s guys Blondies are not worth the hassle 0 customer service

Bad quality of the cookie received stale greasy not fresh and didn t smell nice Contacted the customer service and then again to chase but got ignored Bad customer service avoid at all costs

Never been delivered They were supposed to be part of a birthday present

Bought for my daughters birthday Nutella and Cookies are 2 of her favourite things so thought I was on to a winner She took one bite and the rest went in the bin when you spend 16 on a 7 cookie you expect it to be decent by the time you add delivery its 19 99 I ll give credit for the packaging as that was nice but unfortunately the actual product was a disgrace for the money

Don t waste your time and money buying these extortionately priced cookies They are nothing more than just basic cookie dough You are 100 better off buying Millie s giant cookie for half the price as it tastes better and has more chocolate etc in it

I knew I d be out when they were going to be delivered but DPD gave me the notion to leave with any neighbour so all seemed well However instead the delivery person left it on my front doorstep on a busy through road and they got stolen Blondie s Kitchen said they can t do anything about it and that it was my responsibility for being home I contacted DPD myself and they told me that Blondie s Kitchen need to place a claim Incredibly poor customer service - never experienced anything like it to be honest A sure way to lose customers fast I recommended them to a friend and she ordered a Father s Day cookie too but I certainly shan t be recommending to anyone in future I ll be continuing to peruse this as I warrant my money back

Ordered a free cookie through Voxi at the start of February on the 5th DPD had a problem with delivery and Blondies Kitchen contacted me to make sure my address was correct which it was They offered to open raise the issue with DPD to try to come to a solution on the 6th and said they d contact me within 2 weeks with an outcome I emailed them on the 23rd asking if they d heard anything back and haven t had a reply after nearly 3 weeks and over 5 weeks after the first email
