Lies and ignoring

Got it through a voxi drop contacted them after a month to ask for an update which they blamed on DPD as other reviewers have mentioned and they would send it again with the same tracking 3 weeks later nothing so I sent them a message which to my surprise was ignored another 2 weeks and another message with no response It s been well over 2 months absolutely would avoid spending money here I m lucky mine was free as I got nothing

Didn t received the order

It might look for some of you my rate is very low Unfortunately my order nevers reach to me and since the 12th of June I constantly emails Blondies Kitchen to inform that my son hasn t received his birthday cookie I haven t received any feedback from them but today an email appeared into my inbox regarding how was the cookie which really make me feeling frustrated

Cookies NOT delivered

We ordered two Birthday Cookies with delivery last Friday 8th November for our grandson s 14th birthday the next day but DPD have failed to deliver them The earliest they will deliver if at all will be Monday by which time they won t be fresh NO-ONE wants stale birthday cookies at least two days late We contacted Blondies Kitchen on Friday lunchtime but they said they closed at 4 30pm and would look into this on Monday Absolute disgrace

Hugely overpriced products masked by fancy packaging and marketing The usual magazine reader buyers get sucked in by their spiel of commonly available products in supermarkets AVOID - Go to Lidl s for products a tenth of their stupid prices AVOID

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service Before my order was even delivered I informed the company that the delivery would be too late for me to collect I requested a re-shipping label to a different address a simple solution that DPD confirmed they could handle if requested by the sender Despite my proactive communication and willingness to cover costs the company categorically refused to help They made no effort to provide any support not even a goodwill gesture like a voucher Their complete lack of care for their customers is unacceptable Avoid this company they ll abandon you when you need help the most

If I could I would give it no stars I m not one for leaving bad reviews I was super disappointed with this company and not surprised with such terrible reviews Absolutely disgusting customer service Before the order was delivered I notified the company that the delivery would be too late for my partner to collect I requested a re-shipping label to a different address a simple solution that DPD advised me to do I offered to cover the cost they refused to help and made no effort to resolve the issue For the amount of the order and the way they persevered to handle this situation was unacceptable Now the cookies will be sitting at my work desk until the New Year Avoid them-they don t care about their customers

Item was delivered on time Ordered the cookie but tasted very bland 100 not worth the money

Free sample

After receiving a free sample I would not be returning as a paying customer found the cookie I received was quite tasteless apart from being hugely sweet and disliked the larger pieces of chocolate perhaps smaller pieces of choc better distributed around the cookie

I m glad this cookie was free cos if I had paid 16 the rrp I would be asking for a full refund and sending it back rock solid tasteless dry cookie it s gone straight in the bin Awful
